The purpose of the Note Cosmetics’ website (hereinafter the “Website”) is to present the products marketed by Note Cosmetics. It is accessible via internet at www.notecosmetique.com.

The use of the Website is subject to the acceptance of these terms and conditions of use (hereinafter “Terms and Conditions”) without any reserve. 

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the conditions and rules for the use of the services provided to the user. Specific conditions dedicated to country pages may apply which you can consult on the pages in question.  

The services offered are (hereinafter the “Services”) to provide a website that presents the products marketed by Note Cosmetics and for communication of Note Cosmetics or Note Cosmétique.

The Note Cosmétique’s Website allows users, in the “Find Note in your country” section, to be redirected directly to the Note website of the location of the users, where it exists, or to a third party site, such as the Instagram page of Note in that country. For further information, users are invited to consult the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy of the website in question.

This information remains the exclusive property of Note Cosmetics, unless otherwise stated. Note Cosmetics also remains the owner of the Note Cosmetics trademark and logos, and Note Cosmétique logo.

No license is granted to users of the Website on the information and the brand, solely as a result of the use of the Services.

Note Cosmetics may not be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, caused to the user, including, but not limited to, loss of earnings or profit, loss of business, loss of data, loss of equipment, including costs of recovery, reproduction, repair of such losses, resulting from the use and/or inability to use the Services.

Note Cosmetics may under no circumstances be held liable for any damage that may occur following the redirection of the user to a third party website from this website.

Any clause deemed null and void according to the applicable law will have no consequence on the validity of the other clauses of these Terms and Conditions. 

These Terms and Conditions of use are governed by French law. 

For any dispute of any nature that may arise in connection with the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions, jurisdiction is attributed to the competent courts of Paris.
